Music producer, publisher and performer Chris Keaton, who grew up in Vinton, will be this year's Dogwood Parade grand marshal. He will also be performing with the Band of Oz at one of the festival concerts. He is shown with his wife, Gina Humphries Keaton, also a Vinton native.
