The Roanoke College women’s volleyball team was eliminated by top-seeded Virginia Wesleyan in the firsr round of action in Virginia Beach Tuesday.
With the loss the Maroons ended their season at 9-17.
Other first round ODAC matches found Randolph- Macon at second seed Lynchburg, Guilford at third seeded Bridgewater and Shenandoah at fourth seeded Washington & Lee. Semifinals are today and the championship is Saturday at the highest remaining seed.
