“It’s been said that 80 percent of success is just showing up. I am a leader who will put in the time and effort every single day to do what’s necessary to ensure the success of the treasurer’s office. A leader needs to lead by example. Under my leadership, Salem will no longer be saddled under the crushing weight of uncollected delinquent taxes. My previous employment experience and my education give me the diverse background to provide the skills necessary to perform all of the duties as your city treasurer.”

“I have served in the treasurer’s office for 15 years. Over the years I’ve worked my way up through the ranks. I was promoted to my current position of Chief Deputy Treasurer in 2009. I’ve participated in many leadership programs through the years. Since becoming Chief Deputy Treasurer, there have been times when our current elected treasurer was unable to work due to many health issues. I upheld my sworn duty as city treasure in her absence. I absolutely love serving the City of Salem and its citizens. I hope to be able to serve in the future as your next city treasurer.”
