The Salem Police Department reported the following people were arrested and charged between June 5-11 Arrest indicates an accusation and defendants are presumed innocent unless found guilty in court. Police do not release the names of persons under the age of 18.

Those arrested and their charges were listed as:

June 5 – Matthew L. Graham, 46, abusive language; Dana L. Ferree, 43, DUI; Cierra R. Jones, 23, domestic assault and battery; Kalah Johnson, 27, DUI; Patricia A. Waddell, 30, possession of controlled substance; and Eric W. Wright, 39, domestic assault and battery, damage property.

June 6 – Dennis R. White, 64, public intoxication; and Jason T. Jamieson, 48, DUI.

June 7 – Joshua A. Chaney, 20, assault and battery; Haleigh E. Smallwood, 18, assault and battery; Holly E. Dean, 33, public intoxication; Ethan V. Rice, 21, possession of controlled substance and possession of marijuana; and Crystal N. Jones, 33, DUI.

June 8 – Douglas A. Simmons, 61, assault and battery, abusive language; Sara F. Roberts, 22, DUI; and Liza A. Simmons, 37, violation of protective order.

June 9 – Corey J. Webster, 42, burglary, damage property; Ethan J. Risley, 32, DUI, carrying concealed weapon; and Khanisha M. Johnson, 21, strangulation of another, contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

June 10 – Isobel I. Gasic, 31, violation of probation; John C. Maxey, 55, possession of controlled substance; William S. Booher, 46, public intoxication; Kelly R. Long, 28, domestic assault and battery; Karen S. Booher, 49, DUI; and David A. Hawkins, 24, failure to appear.

June 11 – Michael S. Boyd, 32, possession of marijuana, public intoxication.
