The Ladies of Vision (LOV) invites the community to join them in praise and worship as they present their third Thanksgiving Praise Dance Cantata at 6 p.m. at Shiloh Baptist Church. The Cantata will be narrated by Pastor James Calloway of Bethlehem Baptist Church. Some of the most talented praise dancers in the community will participate in the cantata. There is no charge to attend this event, but LOV will lift a “Free Will Offering”, which gives attendees the opportunity to give a tax-deductible donation toward the expenses associated with LOV’s upcoming 2019 “The New Me ~ No More Scars” Domestic Violence Conference, scheduled for Saturday, April 6, 2019, at the Pilgrim Family Life Center. Salem Presbyterian Church Gresham Hall is offering their annual Thanksgiving dinner. It’s free to those in the Salem community wishing to enjoy food, fun and fellowship on Thanksgiving. SPC’s ministries will serve meals to homebound persons that day or anyone wishing to join in the fun and fellowship while dining at the church.
