The Salem Police Department reported the following people were arrested and charged March 17–23. Arrest indicates an accusation, and defendants are presumed innocent unless found guilty in court. Police do not release the names of persons under the age of 18.
Those arrested and their charges were listed as:
March 17 – Samantha C. Hepburn, 28, failure to appear; Christopher A. Pacetti, 32, possession of controlled substance; and Justin C. Poff, 26, violation of probation.
March 19 – Jasmine A. Welch, 27, embezzlement; and Glenn E. Holt, 59, assault and battery.
March 22 – James C. Willis, 25, damage property; and Thomas S. Mitchem, 24, reckless handling of firearm.
