The Salem Police Department reported the following people were arrested and charged September 28-October 11. Arrest indicates an accusation, and defendants are presumed innocent unless found guilty in court. Police do not release the names of persons under the age of 18.

Sept. 28 – Tammy L. Jackson, 46, public intoxication
Sept. 29 – Tammy L. Jackson, 46, public intoxication; David L. Francisco, 45, embezzlement; and Kristen E. Calhoun, 27, violation of probation.
Oct. 1 – Thurman E. Ayers, 32, criminal trespass; and Donald W. Broyles, 62, public intoxication
Oct. 2 – Nancy M. Hoback, 33, failure to appear; Candice A. Bryant, 29, possession of controlled substance; and Antwon R. Wilson, 33, public intoxication.
Oct. 3 – Angela D. Gardner, 42, failure to appear; Jessica L. Hill, 39, failure to appear; Jennifer M. Stout, 30, possession of controlled substance.
Oct. 4 – Anthony L. Williams, 53, public intoxication; and Amy L. Harrell, 43, criminal trespass.
Oct. 5 – Wesley E. Mills II, 35, DUI; Buddy L. Lytton, 59, contempt of court; Emily L. Weisman, 28, violation of probation; Christopher A. Ring, 39, failure to appear; Nancy E. Williams, 54, contempt of court; Holly E. Henley, 43, public intoxication.
Oct. 7 – Scott M. Dawyot, 50, assault and battery; and Tammy L. Jackson, 46, contempt of court.
Oct. 8 – Anthony M. Frymier Jr., 29, violation of probation; Hunter A. Richardson, 18, shoplifting; Haley R. Oliveira-Settle, 18, shoplifting; and Lawrence R. Horne Jr., 57, shoplifting.
October 9 – Christine M. Langley, 36, public intoxication; and Austin R. Isaacs, 23, damage property.
October 10 – Leo A. Bill, 32, DUI.
