The Salem Police Department reported the following people were arrested and charged Nov. 9-15. Arrest indicates an accusation, and defendants are presumed innocent unless found guilty in court. Police do not release the names of persons under the age of 18.
Those arrested and their charges were listed as:
November 9 – Antwon R. Wilson, 33, public intoxication; and Michael C. Travis, 54, public intoxication.
November 10 – Nicholas L. Falgiano, 31, evading police; David P. Maddy, 41, assault and battery; Matthew T. Whitt, 34, domestic assault and battery, obstructing justice, false name to police, failure to appear, criminal trespass; Stacie H. Hyler, 38, assault and battery; and Aaron P. Smith, 31, failure to appear.
November 11 – Steven A. Ferguson, 48, criminal trespass; Melissa L. Cunningham, 49, criminal trespass; Joseph W. Johnson, 30, public intoxication; John D. Hoosier, 45, contempt of court; and Thurman E. Ayers, 33, domestic assault and battery, criminal trespass.
November 12 – John G. Wiley, 30, possession of controlled substance; Dwaine C. Hinton Sr., 63, contempt of court; Latisha R. Salters, 43, abusive language; and Clyde A. Fightmaster II, 39, vehicle theft, evading police.
November 13 – Blake E. Hayslett, 33, possession of controlled substance
November 14 – Clinton S. Watkins II, 34, criminal trespass
November 15 – Thurman E. Ayers, 33, criminal trespass; Christinia L. Skeen, 34, vehicle theft; and Kellee R. Blackmon, 27, vehicle theft.
