The Salem Police Department reported the following people were arrested and charged Nov. 16-29. Arrest indicates an accusation, and defendants are presumed innocent unless found guilty in court. Police do not release the names of persons under the age of 18.

November 18 – Holly E. Dean, 36, public intoxication; Melinda N. Creed, 38, shoplifting; and Jacqueline A. Wells, 25, violation of protective order.
November 19 – William B. Jackson, 41, criminal trespass; Raymond E. Thompson, 55, violation of probation; Andrew M. Hamilton, 35, violation of probation; and Amy D. Thompson, 35, assault and battery.
November 20 – Jeanette E. Wilson, 47, assault and battery; and Jeffrey D. Means, 57, shoplifting.
November 22 – DeAnthony S. Liles-Wright, 26, sexual assault
November 23 – Jeffrey M. Crowder, 41, public intoxication; and Michael C. Travis, 54, public intoxication.
November 24 – Rebecca S. Reese, 48, contempt of court; Crystal H. Miller, 44, DUI; Maureen R. Guerry, 66, public intoxication; and Courtney J. Ferguson, 20, grand larceny, petit larceny, vehicle burglary, damage property.
November 26 – Travis W. Wolfe, 28, failure to appear; and Sonya M. Yopp, 45, public intoxication.
