The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board announced last month that it had suspended Charles Gregory Phillips’s license to practice law in Virginia for one year with terms for violating professional rules that govern safekeeping property in VSB Docket No. 23-080-127641 to run concurrently with a five-year suspension for violating the terms of a previous suspension with terms issued by the Circuit Court of Roanoke County on March 5, 2018.
The release issued by the Virginia State Bar said it was an agreed disposition of misconduct charges. The bar associated him with GP Law Professional LLC on East Main Street in Salem.
