The object of this suit is to:
Enter a Final Order of Adoption allowing Crystal Yvonne Terry to adopt Landon Edward Scott Pierce and Lucas Roman Wayne Pierce and change their names to Landon Jordan Pierce and Lukas Wayne Pierce.
An affidavit having been made and filed showing that the biological parent, Stephanie Marie Hudgins, cannot be found and that diligence has been used without effect to ascertain the address of Stephanie Marie Hudgins, for service purposes.
It is ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four successive weeks in the SALEM TIMES REGISTER, 1633 W. Main Street, Salem, Virginia 24153.
It is further ORDERED that Stephanie Marie Hudgins appear at the above named court located at 2 E. Calhoun Street, Salem Virginia on or before August 30, 2023 at 2:00 p.m.
