Roanoke County held its annual State of the County address Tuesday morning at the Green Ridge Recreation Center on Wood Haven Road in Roanoke. The event was hosted by the Roanoke Regional Chamber of Commerce. Board of Supervisors Chair Martha Hooker, pictured, delivered the address.
