Junior Kaeden Noble of the 18-8 Roanoke College men’s volleyball team was named the ODAC Defensive Player of the Week by the conference on Monday evening.
Noble posted 53 digs in a 2-1 week for the Maroons, including 21 digs against ODAC foes Eastern Mennonite and Randolph. The North Carolina natives’ marks were just one shy of his single game career high of 22 digs. It was also the first two times this season that Noble has posted 20 plus digs in a match.
This is the first weekly honor of Noble’s career. It is the fourth time this season that a Maroon has been named ODAC Player of the Week in men’s volleyball.
Noble and the Roanoke squad will host a tri-match this Friday, March 21, in the Bast Center. They face-off with Randolph-Macon in an ODAC match at 4 pm and then scrimmage with the Liberty University club team at 8 pm.
