Adults: Get in the Drawing for the Summer Sun & Fun Bundle at the Salem Public Library

Every Salem Public Library summer reading registrant over 18 will be entered into a drawing for our Summer Sun & Fun Bundle: four Tommy Bahama folding beach chairs, a Tommy Bahama beach umbrella, and a cooler-tube! Register yourself for our Adult Reading Challenge or sign your child up for the children’s or teen program to be entered into the drawing. All registration is online at salemva.beanstack.org. Registering as a family makes it easier to track everyone’s account with one log-in. If you are a parent registering a child, be sure to enter your information under “Adult Information.” Beanstack is an online reading challenge tool. Log your reading and complete activities on Beanstack to earn tickets for grand prize drawings in each age category: adults, teens, and children. Children and teens will get a free book for signing up AND another free book when you log 30 days of reading. Adults will receive a free copy of the book, The Art Thief, by Michael Finkel for registering. The Salem Public Library’s summer reading program runs from June 1-July 31.

Also, check out all of the exciting events planned for all different ages! Many thanks to the Friends of the Salem Library for the monetary support for both programming and prizes for the summer reading program.
