The Roanoke Valley Aquatic Association City-County Swim Meet will be held this weekend at the Christiansburg Aquatic Center. Events for young swimmers will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Friday and Saturday with races for older swimmers in the afternoon, beginning at 1:00 p.m. The Stonegate Gators are defending RVAA champs and will look to repeat this weekend with another strong team. The Hidden Valley Country Club also has a team in the meet, which includes 14 RVAA member pools. Above, swimmers are ready to hit the water in Stonegate’s last home meet.
