Roanoke College soccer coaches, Ryan Pflugrad and Phil Benne, will conduct a free soccer clinic for boys and girls ages 6-14 on Friday, August 22nd, from 6:15 – 7:45 pm at Roanoke College’s Kerr Stadium.
The free soccer clinic is designed to teach technical and tactical fundamentals of the game and to help players prepare for the upcoming soccer season. It also will be a great opportunity to come out and meet the Maroons of the men’s and women’s soccer teams, and to play at Roanoke College’s Kerr Stadium.
The free soccer clinic will include instruction from the Roanoke men’s and women’s soccer staff and players, giveaways and prizes. Each participant is asked to bring a soccer ball and to wear soccer shin guards and athletic appropriate clothing.
