The Roanoke College baseball team will open the 2026 home season with four games at Salem Memorial Ballpark this week. The Maroons will play Alfred University in a Saturday doubleheader, beginning at 11 am, then play two more against Alfred on Sunday with the first pitch scheduled for 11 am again.
After a Wednesday season opener at Greensboro College the Maroons will play 13 straight games at home, taking advantage of the ballpark being available prior to the Salem RidgeYaks Carolina League season. Next Wednesday, February 25, they have a 1 pm game against Greensboro College and Saturday the 28th they host William Peace University for two. The ODAC opener is at home on March 7th against Bridgewater College.
