Logins for online catalog accounts on RVL.info, Libby, and Hoopla are up and running! To reconnect, you will need your library card number and set a new password/PIN. Go to rvl.info and click on the link in the banner at the top of the web page. If you continue to have difficulty logging in, contact the Salem Public Library at 540-375-3089 so that we can verify and update the information in your library account. Each of these popular online sources require you to log in with your library card number and the password/PIN you created on the RVL account. Hoopla does require you to set up an additional 8-character password once it verifies your library card number and password/Pin. While you’re at it, download the RVL.Go APP onto your device for accessing the library catalog as well as accessing your library’s webpage for program info and access to online databases while on the go. It makes all things pertaining to your local library easy to access all in one place.
Additional library related APPs to try are Magzter and PressReader. Use Magzter for free access to all those popular magazines that you use to find in your Dr. offices. PressReader provides free access to multiple international and national newspapers. These APPs all require you to enter your library card number to get access.
