Two downtown Salem businesses have expanded their footprints through recent lease agreements announced by Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer.
According to the commercial real estate firm, Collector Card Diehards LLC expanded by leasing an additional 1,500 square feet of office space at 110 E. Main St. Boyd Johnson of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer represented the landlord in the transaction.
Dr. Kost Acupuncture also expanded at the same downtown building, leasing an additional 1,150 square feet of office space at 110 E. Main St. Johnson also handled lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord.
The lease transactions were included in Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Western Virginia leasing report released July 9.
