The Salem Police Department reported the following people were arrested and charged between February 6-12. Arrest indicates an accusation and defendants are presumed innocent unless found guilty in court. Police do not release the names of persons under the age of 18.

Those arrested and their charges were listed as:

February 6 – Alan A. Blankenship, 55, grand larceny and possession of marijuana; Michael L. Burge, 26, fugitive from justice.

February 7 – Courtney B. Caveness, 54, failure to appear; Richard L. Isner III, 33, aggravated assault and battery; Charles J. Deane, 45, DUI.

February 8 – Jonathan L. Bryant, 34, possession of controlled substance; Kevin W. Felvus, 37, contempt of court; Khalid S. Muhammed, 22, violation of probation; Darrell L. Jennings, 49, domestic assault and battery; Kevin A, Doughtery, 34, domestic assault and battery; Brandon T. Holland, 31, domestic assault and battery.

February 9 – Olga M. Jones, 26, public intoxication; Musa J. Alyassery, 49, possession of marijuana; Christina L. Tolley, 40, possession of marijuana; Tatiana G. Carter, 22, damage property; Adam W. Henry, 35, public intoxication; Alyssa M. Majkowski, 27, violation of protective order.

February 10 – Terry L. Gibson, 59, failure to appear; Sarah E. Campbell, 35, DUI; Luke B. Divers, 33, DUI; Mariel C. Fuhrman, 36, public intoxication.

February 11 – Malik D. Cooper, 19, possession of marijuana; Taylor D. Guthrie, 24, assault and battery.

February 12 – Sarah E. Reed, 28, violation of probation; Tomerra Y. Brown, 44, public intoxication.
