The Salem Police Department reported the following people were arrested and charged between February 13-19. Arrest indicates an accusation and defendants are presumed innocent unless found guilty in court. Police do not release the names of persons under the age of 18.

February 13 – Briget A. Ayala, 37, domestic assault and battery; Victoria R. Meadors, 22, conceal merchandise; Terry W. Smith, 53, damage property and public intoxication; Tomerra Y. Brown, 44, fugitive from justice; and Ashley N. Aesy, 34, possession of controlled substance.
February 14 – Mario R. Tineta-Reyes, 35, DUI.
February 15 – Tevin M. Wright, 18, DUI and possession of marijuana.
February 16 – Taylor D. Guthrie, 24, domestic assault and battery; Makenzie G. Haymaker, 22, DUI; Chancellor A. Carmichael, 21, defraud innkeeper; Travis J. Singleton, 35, obtain goods by false pretense; David R. Kidd, 29, possession of controlled substance; Brian A. Becker, 22, possession of controlled substance; Jessica A. Woods, 35, contributing to delinquency of minor; and Theresa C. Guy, 43, failure to appear.
February 17 – Hailey S. Snyder, 21, public intoxication; Amanda M. Nakdimen, 20, public intoxication; Aaron M. Adams, 21, possession of marijuana; Khari H. Brice, 18, illegal possession of alcohol and reckless handling of a firearm; Andrew B. Kennedy, 26, public intoxication; and Sarah E. Michaud, 27, public intoxication.
February 18 – Skylan M. Chambers, 26, telephone harassment; Emerald F. Grimm, 29, obstructing justice; and Amber T. Davies, 19, DUI.
February 19 – Isobel I. Gasic, 30, possession of controlled substance; Colin J. Berry, 20, possession of child pornography; and Antonio R. Brown, 30, domestic assault and battery.
