The Salem Police Department reported the following people were arrested and charged February 19 – 25.

Arrest indicates an accusation and defendants are presumed innocent unless found guilty in court. Police do not release the names of persons under the age of 18.

Those arrested and their charges were listed as:

February 19 – James E. Crawford, 35, aggravated assault and battery, burglary; and Selena M. Mears, 19, possession of marijuana.

February 20 – Robin A. Bigalke, 45, bad checks

February 21 – Charlene M. Saplak, 30, possession of controlled substance; Stephen C. Casey, 20, possession of marijuana; and Levar D. Kasey, domestic assault and battery, grand larceny.

February 22 – Devin Johnson II, 25, violation of protective order; Fatima D. White, 30, assault and battery; and Christopher R. Cook, 37, shoplifting.

February 24 – Noah D. Terrell, 22, possession of controlled substance

February 25 – Christopher L. Craig, 28, violation of probation, false name to police
