Allison James Echols, a student at Radford University, started her fall semester studying fashion design at the American Institute of Foreign Studios in London, England. Echols is the daughter of Sarah and Frank Spetich of Fincastle and Jim and Sonya Echols of Glen Allen, Virginia, and the granddaughter of Jim and Nita Echols of Vinton and Louise Wolfe of Salem.
