Former City of Salem Deputy Commonwealth Attorney Sandra M. Workman joins Poarch Law

Sandra Workman, former Deputy Commonwealth Attorney for the City of Salem has joined Poarch Law, a full-service boutique immigration and adoption law firm representing families, businesses and individuals. Along with the other Poarch Law attorneys, Christine Lockhart Poarch, Rachel Thompson, and Jaime McGuire, Workman will be assisting in managing the firm’s cases involving removal, criminal consequenes of immigration, and other litigation practice areas

Workman is a native of Princeton, West Virginia, who moved to Salem, Virginia in 1990. She received her B.S. in criminal justice from Bluefield College in 2003 and a J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law in 2006. She is committed to helping survivors and victims of domestic violence and child abuse, evident during her work as an assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney in both Roanoke City and Salem. Workman resides in Salem, Virginia, with her husband, Rob. She has two sons.
