Glenvar High School celebrated Homecoming last week and crowned the King and Queen at halftime of Friday night’s football game against Cave Spring. Jackson Hartman was named the king and Sophia Hammersley is the Homecoming Queen. And, to make it a perfect night, the Highlanders won the football game, 49-3.. -The Salem Times-Register
