The Glenvar High softball team, who finished the spring season with an 11-3 record, put three players on the All-Region 2C team.
Lydia Taylor was named first team at catcher while McKenna Shearer was first team as a pitcher. Courtney Raines, who played shortstop for the Highlanders, was first team as a utility player.
All three Highlanders will be playing in college in the coming school year. Taylor is headed to Emory & Henry while Shearer will play at Albion College and Raines is headed to Concord University.
