Special appreciation is extended to the nursing staff at Raleigh Court Health & Rehabilitation Center for its love and care of Norris. Family and friends may gather from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, in the John M. Oakey & Son Chapel in Salem, Virginia.  A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Thursday, May 9, 2024, also in the chapel.
