Ernie Wade, Kiwanis Club of Christiansburg member, recently delivered a $550 Wal-Mart gift card to Tim Moeller, principal of Belview Elementary School to be used for purchasing needed supplies. The club provides the gift cards to Christiansburg schools for students who are not able to purchase the school supplies that they need. Once the card has been spent, the school notifies Kiwanis and they replenish the funds. The Kiwanis Club provides $500 and Wal-Mart adds the other $50.
