The Roanoke College softball team has released its 2026 schedule, starting off Feb. 14 in Greensboro, N.C.

The Maroons open the 2026 slate with a doubleheader at Greensboro College, followed by a home twinbill at the Moyer Complex Feb. 21 against William Peace University. RC is scheduled to play four games in Washington, D.C. Feb. 28-March 1 against Case Western and Catholic Universities.

Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) play begins on the road at Eastern Mennonite University March 7. The Maroons will welcome conference foes Virginia Wesleyan University, Randolph-Macon College, Averett University, Sweet Briar College and Guilford College to Salem this season. ODAC Tournament play begins May 1 at the Moyer Complex.

“We are excited for the upcoming season because we have a special team that has the potential to do some extraordinary things,” said head coach Mike Mitchell. “We need to prepare for the talented ODAC conference with a challenging non-conference schedule. Our schedule is tough but I believe our players will rise to the challenge. It is going to be an exciting year for Roanoke College Softball.”
