Mara Briggs and Quinn Harlan of Roanoke College both closed the 2018 collegiate outdoor track season with top-five finishes and All-American honors at the NCAA Dlll Outdoor Track & Field Championships in LaCrosse , Wisconsin over Memorial Day weekend.
Harlan finished third in the 100M finals with a time of 12.05 to earn All-American honors while Briggs tied for fourth in the high jump with a mark of 1.71M, also earning All-American honors. With the 1.71M jump Briggs set the school record in the high jump.
