to recover the abandoned cemetery lots listed in this notice. If there is no response from said lot owners, their heirs or assigns within 120 days from the publication of
this notice, the interment rights shall be deemed abandoned and shall revert to Evergreen Burial Park, 1307 Summit Avenue, SW Roanoke, VA 24015.
