The Salem Police Department reported the following people were arrested and charged August 28-September 3.

Arrest indicates an accusation and defendants are presumed innocent unless found guilty in court. Police do not release the names of persons under the age of 18. Those arrested and their charges were listed as:

August 28 – Zavon K. Flint, 19, possession of marijuana; Allgebra B. Boylan, 21, possession of marijuana; and Ivon Leko, 30, shoplifting August 29 – Suzanne E. Austin, 36, shoplifting; Kevin L. Perkins, 41, shoplifting; Timothy L. Ross, 21, failure to appear; Coty A. Flinchum, 31, shoplifting; and Corey B. Jordan, 38, public intoxication August 30 – Paris S. Stockton, 29, disorderly conduct; and Fatima D. White, 30, disorderly conduct

August 31 – Craig M. Prest, 46, domestic assault and battery; Austin N. Gordge, 20, possession of marijuana; Tisa Y. Clements, 44, failure to appear; Debra M. StocktonSmith, 67, disorderly conduct; Michael S. Tooley, 24, DUI, possession of marijuana; and Tommy J. Greenway, 41, public intoxication

September 1 – Richard W. Bandy, 49, possession of marijuana; Jacob D. Tolley, 21, possession of marijuana; Celine G. Taylor, 19, DUI; Frankie L. Steelman, 51, public intoxication; and Eric J. Bailey, 40, possession of marijuana

September 3 – Kevin W. Felvus, 38, violation of probation; Logan Shoup, 20, domestic assault and battery; Lori D. Dotson, 40, domestic assault and battery
