The Salem Police Department reported the following people were arrested and charged between October 31-November 6. Arrest indicates an accusation and defendants are presumed innocent unless found guilty in court. Police do not release the names of persons under the age of 18.

October 31 – Dustin R. Parker, 24, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of ammunition by a felon; Tommy A. Williams, 30, obstructing justice, resisting arrest, grand larceny, burglary; Zachary W. Woods, 27, domestic assault
November 1 – Tammy L. Pugh, 39, assault on law enforcement, property damage; Shaniqua S. Wyche,23, contempt of court; Jason D. Collins, 43, driving under the influence, possession of marijuana; Junius T. Lee, 23, failure to appear
November 2 – Laura K. Hawke, 33, domestic assault and battery, public intoxication; Maya A. Jennings, contributing to the delinquency of a minor; Steven L. Hodges, 50, driving under the influence
November 3 – John G. Wiley, public intoxication; Christopher W. Radford, 42, public intoxication; Matthew T. Paxton, 23, possession of marijuana; Harry W. Minnick, 49, petit larceny; Travis J. Singleton, 34, disorderly conduct, obstructing justice; Marquis D. McKinstry, 21, driving under the influence
November 4 – Kayla E. Lotts, 23, domestic assault and battery; Travis H. Jensen, 34, threatening/brandishing
November 5 – Brian K. Ferguson, 45, domestic assault and battery; Zoe A. Basham, 20, driving under the influence, evading police
November 6 – John C. Maxey, 55, domestic assault and battery; Walter D. Patterson, 51, assault and battery; Shirley L. Jefferies, 30, criminal trespass
Also reported were the following felonies:
October 31 – Possession of ammunition by a felon, 600 block of Front Avenue; grand larceny, 400 block S. Market Street; burglary, grand larceny, 100 block of Electric Road; assault on law enforcement, 600 block of Roanoke Boulevard
November 1 – obtaining money/goods by false pretense
November 3 – Grand larceny, 2200 block of 12 O’clock Knob Road; obtaining money/goods by false pretense, 1800 block of W. Main Street; burglary, 700 block of Illinois Avenue
November 5 –S, 1800 block of W. Main Street
November 6 – Grand larceny, 2100 block of 12 O’clock Knob Road
