The Salem Police Department reported the following people were arrested and charged August 3-9. Arrest indicates an accusation, and defendants are presumed innocent unless found guilty in court. Police do not release the names of persons under the age of 18.
Those arrested and their charges were listed as:
August 3 – Timothy R. Neil, 44, attempt to defeat drug and alcohol screening; and Dwaine C. Hinton Sr., 62, shoplifting.
August 4 – Kimberly A. Parks, 34, domestic assault and battery
August 5 – Paul A. Stricklin Jr., 30, vehicle theft; Joshua S. Macey, 34, violation of protective order; Jacklyn R. Manspile, 33, obstructing justice; Jermaine A. English, 45, failure to appear; and Michael D. Mathena, 58, violation of probation.
August 7 – Steven D. Knisley, 26, public intoxication; and Kelly M. Eichenberg, 22, shoplifting.
August 8 – Chasity L. Hosea, 29, shoplifting; and Quincy J. Hill, 33, threatening-brandishing.
August 9 – Jarrod L. Monk, 36, violation of probation
