The Salem Police Department reported the following people were arrested and charged between April 4-10. Arrest indicates an accusation and defendants are presumed innocent unless found guilty in court. Police do not release the names of persons under the age of 18.

April 4 – Owen Michael Foster, 20, possession of marijuana, illegal possession of alcohol; Cody James Pierce, possession of marijuana, illegal possession of alcohol
April 5 – Dustin Ryan Quesenberry, 19, failure to appear on a felony offense; Robert Eli Berlin, 22, assault and battery of a police officer, public intoxication
April 6 – Stone Worthington Ham, 21, possession of a controlled substance; Kalique Devon Harris, 27, embezzlement; Tina Reanee Newbry, 50, shoplifting; Shawn Edward Hamilton, 44, driving under the influence; Amber Nicole Heath, 18, driving under the influence
April 7 – Daniel Tylor Lilly, 19, possession of marijuana; Timothy Ryan Powell, 18, possession of marijuana; Dylan Vlaun Fitzgerald, 18, possession of marijuana; Thai Quoc Than, 21, possession of marijuana; Elizabeth Anne Carico, 33, shoplifting; Joseph Calloway Henderson, 24, disorderly conduct, property damage, two charges of assault and battery
April 8 – Alec Nohan Zarif, 22, public intoxication; Chasity Hayslett White, 42, domestic assault and battery
April 9 – William A. Reitan, 24, public intoxication; James Anthony Ferguson, 30, driving under the influence
April 10 – Mohammed Elberier Osman, 23, failure to appear on a misdemeanor offense

April 5 – Grand larceny, 1900 block of Electric Road; assault on a police officer, 200 block of Craig Avenue
April 6 – Grand larceny, 900 block of Camelot Drive; possession of a controlled substance, 2000 block of Apperson Drive, 1800 block of W. Main Street, 1900 block of Electric Road
April 7 – Identity theft, 1300 block of Slemp Street
April 9 – Grand larceny, 1900 block of Woodlawn Avenue; use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, sexual assault
April 10 – Forgery, 100 block of Walnut Lane
