The Salem Police Department reported the following people were arrested and charged June 30–July 13. Arrest indicates an accusation, and defendants are presumed innocent unless found guilty in court. Police do not release the names of persons under the age of 18.
Those arrested and their charges were listed as:
June 30 – Angelique R. Simurina, 50, contempt of court; and Christopher L. Hall, 50, contempt of court.
July 1 – Takari R. Johnson, 28, public intoxication
July 2 – Sheila A. Johnson, 48, failure to appear; Daniel L. Casto, 38, possession of controlled substance; Isaiah T. Jackson, 22, failure to appear; Taylor C. Botts, 28, shoplifting; and Nathaniel C. Perry, 33, domestic assault and battery.
July 3 – Randall B. Gravely, 59, public intoxication; and Anne K. Webb, 46, DUI.
July 4 – Stephanie L. Dunahoo, 41, shoplifting; Kimberly R. Shockley, 31, criminal trespass; Robert J. Corbin, 35, failure to appear; Daniel C. Holloway, 23, assault on law enforcement officer; and Noah J. Harris, 44, contempt of court.
July 5 – John K. Kennedy, 49, public intoxication; Terry Shortridge, 55, public intoxication; Saul B. Martinez, 35, DUI; and Almonzo B. James, 22, unauthorized use of vehicle.
June 6 – Tammy L. Jackson, 45, public intoxication; and Padam Dahal, 37, shoplifting.
June 8 – Thomas S. Mitchem, 24, failure to appear
June 9 – Jessica N. Westmoreland, 28, failure to appear
July 10 – Brandy L. Jordan, 33, carrying a concealed weapon; and Roger S. Smith, 52, domestic assault and battery
July 11 – Robert W. Cruff, 42, domestic assault and battery
