The Salem Police Department reported the following people were arrested and charged between January 31 – February 6. Arrest indicates an accusation and defendants are presumed innocent unless found guilty in court. Police do not release the names of juveniles under the age of 18.

Those arrested and their charges were listed as:

January 31 – Augustin H. Rodriguez, 39, driving suspended

February 1 – Donald R. Oliver Jr., providing false identification to law enforcement; Jessica N. Westmoreland, 25, domestic assault and battery; Breonna A. Hardy, 23, robbery; Emily K. Weddle, 30, possession of marijuana

February 2 – Noah J. Harvey, 18, public intoxication

February 3 – Robert M. Jackson, 51, possession of marijuana, habitual offender; Calvin W. Conley III, 58, driving under the influence, unreasonable refusal; Roxanne R. Hoose, 33, driving suspended; Gerard H. Traxel, 50, public intoxication, 2 charges of criminal trespassing

February 4 – Ervin N. Guillen-Mendez, 21, possession of marijuana; Maria C. Davidson, 35, petit larceny

February 5 – Brandon D. Bryant, 22, petit larceny

February 6 – David A. Clayton, driving suspended, driving under the influence, unreasonable refusal; Amanda L. Branch, 33, failure to appear; Roger A. VanDoren, 35, public intoxication; Sarah E. Rose, 36, contempt of court

 

Also reported were the following felonies:

February 3 – Grand larceny, 900 block of Indiana Street; grand larceny, 1900 block of Braeburn Drive
