CORRECTION TO PUBLIC NOTICE: Public notice was published on August 26, 2021, seeking public comment and announcing two public hearings on (1) a draft permit (VWPP No. 21-0416) from the State Water Control Board that would allow Mountain Valley Pipeline, LLC to fill wetlands and streams in Giles, Craig, Montgomery, Roanoke, Franklin, and Pittsylvania Counties, Virginia and (2) the Board’s intent to provide Section 401 Water Quality Certification for activities authorized by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. That notice erroneously stated the public comment period would end October 13, 2021. The correct public comment period is from August 28, 2021 to October 27, 2021.
