Salem’s tennis teams were rained out of Monday matches with Patrick Henry as a rainy spring continues to play havoc with the schedule.

The boys match was rescheduled for Tuesday at PH and the girls were rescheduled to play the Patriots in Salem on Wednesday. Salem’s girls had “Senior Night” scheduled for Tuesday, but their opponent, Christiansburg, failed to show as they had the match scheduled for a different day. It probably won’t be made up with time running thin.

Salem’s boys were scheduled to play at Christiansburg on Wednesday and the girls are at Pulaski County on Thursday and at Blacksburg Friday.

The Conference 24 tournament for both boys and girls is scheduled to start next Wednesday, May 10.
