The Salem High School Drama Department is set to present its next spring play, “Clue.” Based on the 1985 movie of the same name, this fun and exciting play is sure to entertain audiences of all ages, the department said.

“This play is narrated by Wadsworth (Cameron Wimbish), a butler who invites several high-class people to a mysterious mansion. However, things take a turn for the worse when Mr. Boddy (Noah Lovern) is murdered. Throughout the play, the audience will follow Wadsworth and the high-class guests to figure out who is behind the murders. This is an exciting play that can entertain the whole family,” the department said.

The Salem High Drama Department is presenting the play at four different times. The main cast will be performing at 7 p.m. on March 7, 8 and 9, and the understudy cast will do their performance at 2 p.m. on March 9. The play will be in the Salem High School auditorium, at 400 Spartan Drive. “The Salem Theater is very excited to present this play, so make sure to mark your calendars and see this amazing play,” the department said. The department wants attendees to note that the play does feature some adult themes, loud noises and flashing lights.

Tickets, which are $7, will be available for purchase at the door.
