The Salem Red Sox will open the gates at Salem Memorial Ballpark this Saturday for the annual “Sox Fest” with the Carolina League season just two weeks away. Salem will open at home this season on Friday, April 4, when the Delmarva Shorebirds come to town.
This will be the 30th anniversary of Carilion Clinic Field and you won’t want to miss a single minute of exciting Red Sox baseball. It starts this Saturday with Sox Fest from 11 am to 2 pm. The event features games, con-cessions, and more and season ticket holders will have the opportunity to pick up their ticket packages and gifts.
Sox Fest is free and open to the public.
