Willow Pope, a sophomore at Glenvar High School, painted this beautiful picture of the Glenvar Marching Band of their annual Christmas party. Willow presented the painting to the Glenvar Band and Band Boosters at the year end picnic on May 6, 2017. She felt inspired by the Christmas party because this was a time when all were together as a family. She plan to offer prints of the painting and will donate half of the proceeds back into the Glenvar Marching Band. Willow is the daughter of Curtis and Sharon Pope of Glenvar and the sister of Liam Pope (previous member of the Glenvar Marching Band).
