Congressmen receives “Sprit of Enterprise” award from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce – Southeast Region

Clark Thomason of The U.S. Chamber of Commerce-Southeast Region presented Congressman Bob Goodlatte and Congressman Morgan Griffith with the annual Spirit of Enterprise Award, given in recognition of their support for their pro-business voting record in Congress.

The presentation took place on August 1 during the breakfast board meeting for the Salem-Roanoke County Chamber of Commerce. The meeting began promptly at 8:00 a.m. at the Salem Civic Center, Parlor C and the awards presentation was the first topic on the agenda.

“It was an honor for the Salem-Roanoke County Chamber of Commerce to be able to present the ‘Spirit of Enterprise’ Awards in conjunction with Clark Thomason of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce-Southeast Region to Congressmen Bob Goodlatte and Morgan Griffith for all that they do for the businesses in our Salem and Roanoke County area,” Jill Sluss, Salem-Roanoke County Chamber of Commerce Executive Director, said.
