Election Day was Tuesday across Virginia. Voters in Salem and Roanoke County cast their ballots in a range of local and state-level races.
In Salem, voters turned out to the Salem Civic Center where the 4th Senate District and 40th House of Delegates District seats were on the ballot.
In Roanoke County’s Catawba District the following races were on the ballot: 3rd Senate District, 41st House of Delegates District, Roanoke County Clerk of Court, Roanoke County Commonwealth’s Attorney, Roanoke County Sheriff, Roanoke Count Commissioner of the Revenue, Roanoke County Treasurer, Catawba District seat on the Roanoke County Board of Supervisors, Catawba District seat on the Roanoke County School Board and two seats on the Blue Ridge Soil and Water Conservation District Board.
