The 18th annual Star-B-Q will return to the Salem Farmers Market on Wednesday, Oct. 21, featuring live country music from Trey Pendley.
The event will begin at 5 p.m. and will include barbecue, beverages and live music. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own chairs.
Advance tickets are $10, while tickets purchased the day of the event are $12. Children 10 and younger will be admitted free. Advance ticket sales will end Oct. 20 at 11:59 p.m., with day-of tickets becoming available Oct. 21.
Proceeds from the event benefit the Rotary Club of Salem.
The Star-B-Q is presented by Salem Parks & Recreation, Star Country, Renewal by Andersen and Holiday Inn Express Salem.
The Salem Farmers Market is located at 3 E. Main St. There will be no re-entry once attendees leave the event.
