Take notice the undersigned will apply to the Council of the City of Salem at a public hearing on April 25, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as may be heard in the Council Chambers of the City of Salem, at 114 North Broad Street, Salem, Virginia, based on an application to permanently dispose of an approximate .137 acres of an unopened right of way.  The unopened right of way is an alley bounded on the north by 9^th Street and on the south by the Norfolk Southern Railway and by the following:
