IN RE CHANGE OF NAME OF BRITNEY ZUNIGA JUANEZ, A Minor Child.

TAKE NOTICE that pleadings seeking relief against you have been filed in the above entitled Proceedings pending before the Alamance County Clerk of Superior Court. The nature of the relief being sought in these Proceedings are Petitions for the Name Change of the minor children, Brandon Josue Zuniga Juanes and Britney Zuniga Juanez to change the last names of the children to “Jimenez Juanez”.

You are required to make defense to such pleadings not later than the 5th day of July, 2023, said date being more than forty (40) days from the first publication of this Notice and upon

your failure to do so the Party seeking service against you will apply to the Court for the relief sought herein.

TAKE NOTICE that you are further notified that in connection with this Action the following hearings are scheduled for hearing by the Court following the publication of this

Notice:

July 13, 2023 at 2:00 PM: Hearing by the Clerk of the pending issues at the Alamance County Historic Courthouse, 1 Court Square, Graham, NC 27253.
