The object of this suit is to enforce the lien for taxes assessed by the City of Salem, Virginia against certain real property designated as Tax Map Parcel No. 160-3-4

An affidavit having been made and filed that diligence has been used without effect to ascertain the location of Mary Lue Graves and that there are or may be persons with an interest in the subject property, including heirs, devisees, and successors in title of Mary Lou Graves, who may be deceased, whose names and addresses are unknown, it is hereby ORDERED that each of the parties

on or before the 19th of May, 2023, and do whatever is necessary to protect their interest in said land. It is further ORDERED, pursuant to Va. Code Ann §8.01-321, that this Order of Publication be published for one week in the Salem Times Register, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Salem, and that a copy be posted at the front door of the courthouse in the City of Salem, Virginia.
