The Roanoke College field hockey team will be home this Saturday at noon to take on Bridgewater College in an ODAC match.
This will be the first conference match for the women, who come into the week at 2-6 overall. Roanoke was scheduled to play Hood College in a non-conference match in Frederick, MD on Wednesday but results were too late for publication. The RC women were hoping to break a three-game losing streak at that time.
Last Saturday Roanoke played host to Sewanee for Family Weekend at RC. The Maroons dropped a 2-1 decision. Corinne Orlando scored Roanoke’s only goal.
