ORDER
The object of this suit is to forfeit to the Commonwealth of Virginia, a $600.00 surety bond which was posted by ELVIRE MARTINEZ GARCIA to ensure the appearance of JOSE A. GARCIA MARTINEZ in this Court as JOSE A. GARCIA MARTINEZ failed to appear in accordance with the terms and conditions of said bond.
Service of process was attempted on ELVIRE MARTINEZ GARCIA at her last known address as listed herein, with the return of service being marked as “not found” at said address.
ELVIRE MARTINEZ GARCIA is directed to appear before this Court on January 15, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. to show cause why said bond should not be forfeited.
Therefore, it is ORDERED that the Clerk of this court mail a copy of this ORDER to ELVIRE MARTINEZ GARCIA at her address listed herein and that a copy of this ORDER be posted at the Salem
City Courthouse as required by law along with a copy of the accompanying affidavit. It is further ORDERED that this ORDER be published once each week for four successive weeks in the Salem Times Register or equivalent newspaper.
